So glad I finally found such a GREAT medical practice!!! Carolina & her staff are amazing. She is hands down the best PCP I’ve ever had, medically and emotionally. I’ve had more care and progress in the last few months than the last few years. I wish I could give more stars!!!
I can't say enough about Dr. Carolina Jones! She is amazing and truly cares for her patients. Her keen attention, passion and holistic approach to medical care is rare and greatly appreciated. The staff are friendly and always on hand to help you with anything. Highly recommend!
Wonderful clinic, in all these years in America I have never seen a clinic with super polite people who speak 3 different languages, a super clean and pleasant environment and I loved the reception with snacks and water for customers. I became a member.
Vital Advanced Medical Center provided the most personal, thorough comprehensive physical in my 55 years. Great professional and friendly staff and felt like my well being was a real priority to them. I'll be back!

Family Nurse Practitioner
“My heart is for my patients, whether it’s celebrating their triumphs or walking with them through challenges. At Vital, I have the privilege of treating illness while also caring for the whole person.”
Carolina Jones is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Master of Science in Nursing Practice from the University of South Florida and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with highest honors from Jacksonville University. Her clinical background includes orthopedic and emergency medicine before transitioning into primary care, where she could build deeper patient relationships.
Carolina is certified in Obesity Medicine through the Obesity Medicine Association and has created a sustainable weight-loss program inspired by her own 100-pound weight-loss journey. As a busy mom of three, she understands the challenges patients face and is passionate about helping them succeed.
Her dedication to women’s health led her to become a Certified SottoPelle® Provider, offering BHRT to help women in peri- and post-menopause restore balance, energy, and vitality.
Of Colombian descent, Carolina is proudly bilingual in English and Spanish and has a strong passion for serving the Latino/Hispanic community. Her heart for medical missions has taken her to Guatemala, where she has provided care for underserved populations. Above all, she values building partnerships with patients and putting their health first.
Family Nurse Practitioner
“I grew tired of the traditional model of primary care. Patients deserve excellent, affordable care—delivered when they need it, not weeks later.”
Dr. Kenneth Argote is a board-certified, doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience. He began his career at the University of South Florida, earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors before working in the Emergency Department and cardiac unit. His time caring for acutely ill patients sparked a realization: many hospitalizations could have been prevented with better primary care.
Motivated by this vision, he returned to USF to complete his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Primary Care in 2014, followed by his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2019. Over the years, Dr. Argote has provided preventive, acute, and chronic care for patients of all ages while growing increasingly frustrated with how traditional insurance models limit patient outcomes.
In 2021, he founded Vital Advanced Medical Center to create a better way forward through Direct Primary Care—removing barriers, putting patients first, and providing care that is both high-quality and affordable. Today, he continues to lead the practice with a focus on whole-person health and long-term relationships.
“My goal is for every patient to leave their appointment feeling heard, informed, and confident about their care. Building trust takes time, and I believe that relationship is an important part of helping patients achieve better health.”
Yanet is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with more than six years of experience in healthcare. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida National University in 2023 and has focused her practice in family medicine.
She has experience caring for patients with a wide range of health concerns, including hypertension, type 2 diabetes, asthma, COPD, high cholesterol, obesity, menopause symptoms, musculoskeletal conditions, anxiety, and mild depression. She especially enjoys working with patients managing chronic conditions because it gives her the opportunity to build lasting relationships and see meaningful progress over time.
Her approach to medicine starts with listening. She believes patients should understand what is happening with their health and feel comfortable asking questions. Rather than taking a one size fits all approach, she works with each patient to develop a realistic care plan that fits their individual needs, lifestyle, and goals.
Yanet was drawn to Vital Advanced Medical Center because the Direct Primary Care model allows providers to spend more time with their patients and develop the relationships that she believes are essential to good healthcare.
