Fatigue that lasts beyond a busy week, reduced motivation, changes in body composition, lower libido, or unreliable erections can alter how you work, exercise, and relate to the people around you. These concerns often overlap, which makes treating them one at a time less useful than looking at the full pattern. Vital Advanced Medical Center provides men’s health care at its Town N Country clinic with time to discuss what has changed and when it began. Your provider can review medical history, medications, sleep, stress, weight, blood pressure, sexual health, and relevant laboratory findings. This helps distinguish a hormone concern from metabolic, cardiovascular, medication-related, or lifestyle factors. A useful plan starts with evidence. Some men need hormone testing or ED treatment.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) may be appropriate when persistent symptoms are supported by laboratory evidence of testosterone deficiency. Low energy, reduced libido, lower muscle mass, mood changes, increased body fat, and poor concentration can occur with Low T, but they can also be caused by sleep disorders, thyroid problems, stress, medication effects, or metabolic disease. Vital Advanced Medical Center uses symptoms, health history, and lab results to decide whether TRT makes medical sense. When treatment is recommended, options may include injections or transdermal gels. The approach is selected according to your health needs, preferences, response, and safety considerations rather than a standard dose given to every patient. Follow-up visits and repeat testing are part of responsible treatment.
Erectile Dysfunction (ED) Treatment should begin with a private medical conversation, not an unverified supplement or a one-click prescription that ignores your health history. ED may be connected to circulation, diabetes, high blood pressure, medications, low testosterone, stress, anxiety, poor sleep, or more than one of these factors. At Vital Advanced Medical Center, the evaluation reviews when symptoms started, whether libido has changed, which medications you take, and whether cardiovascular or metabolic risks may be involved. Treatment may include prescription medication, hormone assessment, lifestyle support, or better management of an underlying condition. The safest option depends on your medical history and current medications. Addressing ED can improve confidence and intimacy, but it may also reveal an issue that needs broader attention.
Talk with a provider about symptoms affecting your strength, energy, confidence, and daily life.
Preventive care matters because several conditions that affect men develop quietly. High blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, insulin resistance, and early diabetes may cause few symptoms while increasing the risk of heart disease, kidney problems, and sexual dysfunction. Waiting until you feel unwell can mean losing valuable time. Men in Town N Country, FL can use a men’s health visit to review immediate concerns and overdue health risks together. Vital Advanced Medical Center may assess blood pressure, weight trends, blood sugar, cholesterol, sleep, mood, family history, medication use, and age-appropriate screening needs. The findings help establish priorities rather than handing you a generic checklist. Prevention also improves treatment decisions. Fatigue may look different when sleep quality and glucose levels are considered. ED may require a cardiovascular review.
Men often delay care because they are unsure which type of appointment to schedule or expect to be told that their symptoms are simply part of getting older. A focused men’s health visit removes that uncertainty. You can discuss energy, mood, weight, libido, erectile function, exercise capacity, and preventive needs during one organized evaluation. Vital Advanced Medical Center can help determine whether your next step is TRT, ED treatment, laboratory testing, preventive care, chronic condition management, or a combination of services. Not every symptom requires hormone therapy, and responsible care should make that clear. The recommendation should be based on your findings, not a sales package. Schedule a confidential consultation when symptoms persist or begin affecting daily life.
Vital Advanced Medical Center welcomes membership and per-visit patients. Ask the clinic which option best fits the services you need, since testing, medications, and follow-up may be handled separately.

So glad I finally found such a GREAT medical practice!!! Carolina & her staff are amazing. She is hands down the best PCP I’ve ever had, medically and emotionally. I’ve had more care and progress in the last few months than the last few years. I wish I could give more stars!!!
I can't say enough about Dr. Carolina Jones! She is amazing and truly cares for her patients. Her keen attention, passion and holistic approach to medical care is rare and greatly appreciated. The staff are friendly and always on hand to help you with anything. Highly recommend!
Wonderful clinic, in all these years in America I have never seen a clinic with super polite people who speak 3 different languages, a super clean and pleasant environment and I loved the reception with snacks and water for customers. I became a member.

Family Nurse Practitioner
“I grew tired of the traditional model of primary care. Patients deserve excellent, affordable care—delivered when they need it, not weeks later.”
Dr. Kenneth Argote is a board-certified, doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience. He began his career at the University of South Florida, earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors before working in the Emergency Department and cardiac unit. His time caring for acutely ill patients sparked a realization: many hospitalizations could have been prevented with better primary care.
Motivated by this vision, he returned to USF to complete his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Primary Care in 2014, followed by his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2019. Over the years, Dr. Argote has provided preventive, acute, and chronic care for patients of all ages while growing increasingly frustrated with how traditional insurance models limit patient outcomes.
In 2021, he founded Vital Advanced Medical Center to create a better way forward through Direct Primary Care—removing barriers, putting patients first, and providing care that is both high-quality and affordable. Today, he continues to lead the practice with a focus on whole-person health and long-term relationships.
