Men's Health care in Westchase, FL

Focused care for energy, confidence, and health today

Why Do Energy and Performance Change?

Men’s health concerns often show up gradually. Energy drops, workouts feel harder, sleep becomes less restorative, weight shifts, or sexual performance changes without an obvious reason. Those changes should not be dismissed as something you simply have to accept. A focused medical evaluation can separate normal variation from issues that deserve attention. Vital Advanced Medical Center provides men’s health care for Westchase residents who want clear answers instead of rushed assumptions. Visits can address fatigue, mood changes, low libido, reduced strength, erectile concerns, blood pressure, metabolic health, and other factors that affect daily life. Your provider reviews symptoms alongside medical history, medications, sleep, stress, nutrition, and relevant lab results. The goal is not to force every concern into one diagnosis.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) in Westchase, FL

Low testosterone can affect more than sexual health. Some men notice persistent fatigue, reduced muscle mass, increased body fat, lower motivation, mood changes, poor concentration, or a decline in libido. Because these symptoms can also come from sleep problems, medication effects, thyroid conditions, stress, or other health issues, treatment should begin with evaluation rather than guesswork. Testosterone replacement therapy in Westchase, FL is considered only after a provider reviews your symptoms, health history, and laboratory findings. When TRT is appropriate, Vital Advanced Medical Center develops a plan based on your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all dose. Available treatment approaches may include injections or topical gels, depending on clinical guidance and patient preference. Follow-up matters.

Erectile Dysfunction (ED) Treatment in Westchase, FL

Erectile dysfunction can affect confidence and relationships, but it can also provide important information about overall health. Circulation problems, diabetes, high blood pressure, medication effects, low testosterone, stress, sleep disruption, and other factors may contribute. Treating the symptom without reviewing the possible cause can leave a larger health issue unaddressed. Erectile dysfunction treatment in Westchase, FL begins with a private conversation and a medical assessment. Vital Advanced Medical Center considers sexual symptoms within the broader picture of cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, and emotional health. Depending on the findings, care may include prescription medication, hormone evaluation, changes to contributing medications when clinically appropriate, risk-factor management, and supportive lifestyle guidance. There is no need to feel embarrassed or minimize the problem. ED is common, and respectful medical care can make the discussion straightforward.

Preventive Men's Health Care in Westchase, FL

Feeling well today does not always mean important health risks are under control. High blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, insulin resistance, and early diabetes can progress with few noticeable symptoms. Preventive men’s care gives you a chance to identify those risks before they begin limiting your health, energy, or independence. For men in Westchase, FL, Vital Advanced Medical Center can bring routine care and men’s health concerns into the same conversation. Visits may cover blood pressure, weight trends, blood sugar, cholesterol, sleep, mood, sexual health, family history, medication use, and age-appropriate screening needs. When an issue is found, the next step can be coordinated rather than sending you from one disconnected visit to another. The clinic’s direct primary care approach also supports longer appointments and easier access to the care team.

Build a Men's Health Plan That Fits You

Men often wait until symptoms interfere with work, exercise, sleep, or relationships before scheduling care. Starting earlier gives your provider more room to identify patterns, address modifiable risks, and choose treatment based on evidence. It also prevents common concerns such as fatigue, low libido, weight gain, and erectile changes from being treated as isolated problems. Vital Advanced Medical Center offers an organized path forward. Your first visit can review what has changed, what you have already tried, and which tests or screenings are appropriate. From there, care may include TRT, ED treatment, preventive medicine, chronic condition management, weight support, or a combination of services. Not every patient needs hormone therapy, and responsible men’s health care should be comfortable saying so. The next step is a confidential consultation.

Vital Advanced Medical Center Men's Health Care FAQ's

What happens during a men’s health visit?

Your provider reviews symptoms, medical history, medications, sleep, stress, weight changes, sexual health, and preventive needs. Lab testing or other evaluations may be recommended before a treatment plan is created.

Can low energy automatically mean low testosterone?

No. Fatigue can have many causes, including poor sleep, stress, medication effects, thyroid concerns, anemia, metabolic conditions, or low testosterone. Testing and a medical review help identify the likely cause.

Is erectile dysfunction treatment confidential?

Yes. Sexual health concerns are handled privately and professionally. The visit focuses on possible causes, your medical history, treatment safety, and options that fit your needs.

How is TRT monitored after treatment begins?

Follow-up visits and laboratory testing are used to review symptom changes, hormone levels, treatment response, and potential side effects. Dosing may be adjusted based on clinical findings.

Do I need direct primary care membership for men’s health services?

Membership requirements and service pricing can vary by treatment. The clinic can confirm current options when you schedule, including how men’s health visits, labs, and follow-up care are handled.

Dr. Kenneth Argote, APRN, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

“I grew tired of the traditional model of primary care. Patients deserve excellent, affordable care—delivered when they need it, not weeks later.”

Dr. Kenneth Argote is a board-certified, doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience. He began his career at the University of South Florida, earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors before working in the Emergency Department and cardiac unit. His time caring for acutely ill patients sparked a realization: many hospitalizations could have been prevented with better primary care.

Motivated by this vision, he returned to USF to complete his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Primary Care in 2014, followed by his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2019. Over the years, Dr. Argote has provided preventive, acute, and chronic care for patients of all ages while growing increasingly frustrated with how traditional insurance models limit patient outcomes.

In 2021, he founded Vital Advanced Medical Center to create a better way forward through Direct Primary Care—removing barriers, putting patients first, and providing care that is both high-quality and affordable. Today, he continues to lead the practice with a focus on whole-person health and long-term relationships.
