Fatigue, lower strength, reduced motivation, weight changes, low libido, and erectile difficulty can be interpreted in many ways. Online symptom lists often point toward testosterone, but the same pattern can come from sleep problems, stress, thyroid issues, medications, metabolic disease, or cardiovascular risk. Vital Advanced Medical Center serves men from Keystone who want a clinical assessment instead of trial-and-error treatment. The provider reviews symptom timing, health history, current medications, sleep, activity, sexual function, and preventive needs. Laboratory testing is ordered when it can answer a specific question and guide the next decision. The result may be TRT, ED treatment, preventive screening, chronic disease management, or a plan to improve sleep, weight, and daily habits. Sometimes the evaluation rules out the treatment a patient expected.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) requires more than a single symptom or an isolated lab result. Providers consider persistent concerns such as low libido, fatigue, reduced muscle, increased body fat, mood changes, and poor concentration alongside medical history and appropriate hormone testing. Vital Advanced Medical Center develops TRT plans for patients whose findings support treatment. Injections or transdermal gels may be considered based on health risks, convenience, individual response, and patient preference. Fertility goals and current medications should be discussed before therapy begins because they may influence the treatment decision. Follow-up helps determine whether TRT is improving the symptoms it was intended to address. Repeat laboratory work and clinical review also allow the provider to monitor for unwanted effects and adjust the plan.
Erectile Dysfunction (ED) Treatment can restore confidence, but the evaluation should also consider what the symptom may reveal about overall health. Erections depend on blood flow, nerve function, hormones, medications, sleep, and emotional well-being. Persistent difficulty may be associated with hypertension, diabetes, vascular disease, stress, or Low T. Keystone, FL patients can discuss these concerns privately with Vital Advanced Medical Center. The provider reviews how often ED occurs, whether libido has changed, which medications are being taken, and whether cardiovascular or metabolic risks are present. Prescription treatment, hormone testing, lifestyle support, or care for an underlying condition may be recommended. The safest choice is not always the most heavily advertised option. Current medications, blood pressure, and health history matter.
Talk with a provider about symptoms affecting your strength, energy, confidence, and daily life.
Health monitoring turns a one-time appointment into useful long-term care. Blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, weight, sleep, mood, and treatment response can change gradually. Without a baseline and follow-up, it is difficult to know whether an intervention is helping or whether risk is increasing. For men in Keystone, FL, Vital Advanced Medical Center can coordinate monitoring across men’s health and primary care concerns. A patient receiving TRT may also need attention to weight, sleep, or metabolic health. A patient seeking ED treatment may benefit from blood pressure and glucose review. These connections make follow-up more meaningful. Monitoring should lead to decisions. Results that improve may support continuing the plan. Results that remain unchanged may prompt a review of adherence, diagnosis, or other causes. New risks may change the treatment approach.
Not every health change requires medication, and not every normal lab result means symptoms should be ignored. The purpose of men’s health care is to determine which findings need treatment, which need monitoring, and which point toward a different evaluation. Vital Advanced Medical Center can organize the next steps after reviewing your symptoms, history, medications, and testing. Care may include TRT, ED treatment, preventive screening, chronic condition support, weight management, or practical changes related to sleep and activity. Recommendations should match the evidence and include a way to review progress. Schedule a consultation when changes persist, recur, or begin affecting exercise, work, mood, confidence, or relationships. Bring a complete list of prescriptions and supplements and any recent results. Be prepared to describe when symptoms began and how they have changed.
Hormone levels can vary, and one result may not provide enough context. Your provider may repeat or expand testing when needed before making a long-term treatment decision.
Yes. Standard testosterone therapy can suppress sperm production during treatment. Discuss current or future fertility goals before starting so the provider can explain appropriate options.
No. ED becomes more common with age, but persistent symptoms can have treatable hormonal, vascular, metabolic, medication-related, or emotional causes and deserve evaluation.
Some medications may affect libido or erectile function. Do not stop them independently; bring a complete list so your provider can review possible effects and safer alternatives.
Monitoring may include symptoms, hormone levels, clinical response, and safety-related laboratory findings. The exact schedule and tests depend on the patient and treatment plan.
So glad I finally found such a GREAT medical practice!!! Carolina & her staff are amazing. She is hands down the best PCP I’ve ever had, medically and emotionally. I’ve had more care and progress in the last few months than the last few years. I wish I could give more stars!!!
I can't say enough about Dr. Carolina Jones! She is amazing and truly cares for her patients. Her keen attention, passion and holistic approach to medical care is rare and greatly appreciated. The staff are friendly and always on hand to help you with anything. Highly recommend!
Wonderful clinic, in all these years in America I have never seen a clinic with super polite people who speak 3 different languages, a super clean and pleasant environment and I loved the reception with snacks and water for customers. I became a member.

Family Nurse Practitioner
“I grew tired of the traditional model of primary care. Patients deserve excellent, affordable care—delivered when they need it, not weeks later.”
Dr. Kenneth Argote is a board-certified, doctorally prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience. He began his career at the University of South Florida, earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors before working in the Emergency Department and cardiac unit. His time caring for acutely ill patients sparked a realization: many hospitalizations could have been prevented with better primary care.
Motivated by this vision, he returned to USF to complete his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Primary Care in 2014, followed by his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2019. Over the years, Dr. Argote has provided preventive, acute, and chronic care for patients of all ages while growing increasingly frustrated with how traditional insurance models limit patient outcomes.
In 2021, he founded Vital Advanced Medical Center to create a better way forward through Direct Primary Care—removing barriers, putting patients first, and providing care that is both high-quality and affordable. Today, he continues to lead the practice with a focus on whole-person health and long-term relationships.
